A very epic base, wonderfully blended cloth, great freehand work, and remarkable conversion work all tie together to make this model as stunning as it is.

Hugo,
This is a great piece of work.
Please take the following points in a constructive way.
Minus points: you've unfortunately caught some flicks of paint on the edge of the kinght's cloak and the rear of the Pegasus (you'll see these in pic 6 of 54). The hand-painting of the heraldry is a bit shakey and ragged. Consequently, these tend to spoil what would otherwise be a 5/5 miniature.
Plus points: the fantasic sepia based palette you used, offset by the colour of the jewels / precious stones and their silver gilt settings. Wonderful detailing on the Pegagus' wings and the knight's mail. The basing is the icing on the cake.
Absolutely beautiful.
