it's a small pellow (like you lay your head on when you sleep) that holds pins. it's small enough to fit in your hand. the pins are the kind that you use when holding clothes together when sewing or for holding pants legs up to be hemed (shortened becose there too long).
in effect what he is saying is your king will be full of arrows.

pic is grainy... im gonna give you the benefit of the dout and say thats why the flag looks good, but the king dont.
