The News - The Round Table News

textedit_80.pngThe Round Table of Bretonnia was just extended by a new feature. Many Warhammer sites out there are publishing news, and that in the interoperable standard RSS. Now, an RSS feed you can easily import in your reader software, but you can also collect it online in one place.

That's what we're doing now in the Warhammer News Collection, which you can find in the News section in the main menu at the left. You will find out what's happening in the "outside" Warhammer world, all collected in one place.

textedit_80.pngThe Round Table of Bretonnia will be unreachable for a short time this monday, August 20th.

Because of our constant growth we need a more powerful server to handle the additional load. But thanks to all the recent donations, that is easily possible! During the upgrade process, the site may not be reachable for a short time, but after that everything should be back to normal - and faster!

These include the semi-weekly fluff pieces that accompanied out fluff objectives here and at Warvault, as well as the concluding story that has not yet been shown here. As well, it includes the rules for Sir Beoveld as a special character.

Courtoise Love

This small article deals with the problem of courtoise love, or fine amour, as it was spelled in Middle Ages. The necessity of some insight on it is of no debates, and I think that it is interesting and important not only because of a priori historical role of this phenomenon, but also because of its influence on current relations between man and woman. My article consists of three parts. The first is about origins of courtoise love, and may be threaten as some kind of introduction. The second part is devoted to the description my of sources and it is complemented by bibliography at the end of the article. Third part contains my insight on the problem, though some thoughts can be found in other parts.
