i would like to add my picture but i couldn't understand how to!
in the link "anniversary Painting Competiotion 2013" there is no any "upload" button
moreover, the link goes to the competiotion 2012!

Go to the gallery or your profile, and from there to the Gallery User Panel. There is a button "New Picture" there. Be sure to choose the category "Anniversary Painting Competition" (it's the current one for 2013 - there was still the old text in the description).

Are there any rules for competitors providing comments on the work of other entries? It's probably bad form to rate them, but I would LOVE to acknowledge some of the fantastic painting on display this year with some specific compliments.

Thanks! I've been noticing a lot of ratings have been going up without comments. This is fine, but if feedback from those who rate is possible, I would VERY MUCH appreciate it. We won't grow as painters unless we know what we can improve upon or, conversely, know what we do well.
