OK, maybe I'm completely overlooking it, but I can't find where it explicitly states that Knights in Lance formation get rank bonuses for combat resolution. I know its explicitly stated in the base rulebook that units must have a width of 5 to gain the rank bonus, but I have assumed that Brettonian Knights would also get this bonus when in their 3 wide lance formation. Is this correct?

Any information will be greatly appreciated.
