Hey guys, I'm in a summer escalation tournament and am introducing my friend to the game. I've let him borrow my Brets while I give the new woodies a go and after a few 1,000 pts games I think he's got the hang of it. I'll help him work on a list in the future, but for now its easier for me to write one up since I know what models I have and how they work. We're playing against all armies of Destruction (and neutral armies) so he's usually against dark elves, ogres, tomb kings, vampire counts, and warriors of chaos. Our first 1500 point game is today so I'll let you know how he does with it.

All things considered, seems like a pretty good list. I like your hammer-and-anvil. Standard of discipline is great since you don't have anything else with higher Ld anyway Looking forward to hearing about it!

I don't like the grail knights in so low a point value, probably can skim points on not taking lords either. just take a lvl 2 damsel also, scrap the grails, and get more kotr and bowmen. 28 maa seems low too, but should be fine at that point lvl.
