Following the rules for the Campaign Systems - World Conquest - The Basics, the rules here are an expansion on the regular ones, adding in naval warfare to your arsenal of creating the perfect campaign.

I present to you the Campaign Systems - World Conquest - Naval Warfare Expansion

Naval Warfare Expansion Set

Instruction & Rules Manual

General Information

In this expansion, you will be able to use Naval Warfare to compliment your use of Land Warfare. This includes a variety of ships you can command and rules for full naval onslaughts.

Turn Actions

You generate a number of Naval Actions and Naval Attack Actions a turn in addition to your regular actions. The number of actions you generate is determined by the chart below.

* All numbers may vary based on the number of territories the map holds or the number of players involved.

Naval Attack Actions may be traded for Naval Actions.

Action Choices

In addition to the regular 10 choices for actions that you have, you now have an additional 8 choices encompassing naval abilities.

Naval Actions

•1.      Recruit Naval Units

•2.      Upgrade a Ship's Crew

•3.      Move a Ship

•4.      Repair a Ship

Naval Attack Actions

•1.      Declare a Naval Attack

Military Actions

•1.      Board a ship

•2.      Disembark a ship

Land Attack Actions

•1.      Declare a Sea-to-Land Attack

•2.      Declare a River-to-Land Attack

Naval Territories

Now with the Naval Expansion you may use Naval Territories. Naval Territories never add to your total number of territories controlled. There are 4 types of Naval Territories.

•1.      Ports

•2.      Rivers

•3.      Seas

•4.      Oceans

Ports & Rivers as Territories

Ports and River territories are not separate territories like seas and oceans. Trying to divide the sea up to create port territories and trying to cut rivers up on maps is a difficult task to manage and control. Instead, they are treated like separate territories in their own right and numbered by the land territory they run through or are attached to.

Ships on the map will not be displayed if in a port or river territory, but if you border a port territory or own a territory which a river territory runs through which ships are residing in, they will appear on your Turn Report as having been spotted in the territory.

The GM will specify which land territories contain a river and/or a port territory.

Faction Leader in the Navy

In the event that the Faction Leader is upon a ship while it is attacked, he, and his entourage, may fight on board.
