Making A Banner from paper 101 PDF Print

Banner of Bretonnia made simple!!

Hey all this is a quick easy guide to make a banner for your knights if you want a banner and dont have the model or have the older models ( like in my case ) which dont have a banner flag.

First of all on a piece of paper draw a concept art of what you want your banner to look like..

MY example Is a Knight Errant Banner which is simple without any specific Heraldry.

Step 1 :

Once you have finalized your banner its time to draw it. Use a ruler and count the distances of each side and length so it doesnt have a angle in it or look crooked which will be a disappointment.

Next Cut it out and on the side cut it like shown on the next picture so you attach it to the pole.

Step 2 :

Now Its time to give it life and paint it!!

Depending on the colours you choose should be looking nice

Step 3 :

Once you finish one side dont forget to do the other side also in the opposite colours.

Afterwards You will want to get some superglue and on the half parts of the extensions place them on the pole and than glue the other part with the rest of the banner to make it look realistic

Finally you should a complete Banner congrats!

Its really easy this one only took me 20 mins and its not perfect but for my KE its ok
