After our revision of rules for Bretonnian warband proved to be too strong, we decided to start from scratch. We are now going to test these rules. They also include a new hired sword - The Damsel of the Lady.
Enjoy, and, if you want, comment.

This is my first attempt at an article. I will appreciate all positive feedback.
The Black Knight
This is a more comic approach to the mythical Black knight. It is loosely based on the infamous, 'None shall pass,' Knight from Monty Python and the Holy Grail. As such it should only be used in light hearted games and of course only with the permission of your opponent. After watching the movie for the umpteenth time I have decided on three basic characteristics of the black knight. First: The Black knight is practically unstoppable. Second: He is impervious to pain and will fight on even after receiving wounds that would slay a lesser man. And Third: He seems to have an unlimited supply of weapons at his disposal. All this together means that he is one tough cookie (unless you are King Arthur.) Something about what I described seemed familiar. Then it hit me. These are the same characteristics of the 7th edition Black Orcs! So that is where I started... Here are the similarities: The Black knight is practically unstoppable - Black Orc's have a high Toughness score that makes them very hard to stop. The Black knight is impervious to pain and will fight on even after receiving wounds that would slay a lesser man - to some degree this true of all Orcs, but Black Orc's are the ultimate example of this ideal. If you cut a black Orc's arm off he will most likely pick it up and beat you to death with it. He seems to have an unlimited supply of weapons at his disposal - The New Black Orc's special ability "Armed to da Teef" pretty much covers this. So you see similarities can be drawn. With that I give you The BLACK KNIGHT!!!

There were some modifications made to Experimental Bretonnian Warband for Mordheim within our gaming community. We tryied to fix the shortcommings which made Brets weak and make them fluffy and a little special.
I would be glad if you can share any comments.

Rules for the minigame: The Peasant Hunt of Sir Reginald
Sir Reginald de l’Oiseau – somewhat unusually – regularly releases peasant prisoners and debtors in a forest near his castle. He then rides out with his guests, hunting them rather than subjecting them to more conventional punishment. Any who manage to escape both the hunters and the archers surrounding the woods are allowed to go free. However, not many make it . . .

This Regiment of Renown was developed by Tamlynn at the Hammer and Anvil, and won first place in the H&A 2006 Regiment of Renown competition.
For
the young men of the Night Watch the task of bravely guarding the walls
of their town was an unsurpassed honour. Though commoners, their
families knew what would find them glory unusual for their station.
Service to their lord. This goal was drilled into them from an early
age, but it was a lesson taught more completely to some than others.
From
the darkness came only one call. A single shriek form the fields
alerted them to the inhuman beasts that swarmed in the night. Filled
with horror they did not battle the horde, nor toll the bells that
would alert the townspeople, but ran deep into the forest that lay
south of their home. Behind them cries filled the air as the town was
razed in a great plume of smoke.
